Case Consultation and Testimony

In addition to conducting rigorous, state-of-the-art, and independent psychological evaluations, we are also often asked to provide case consultation services. These services may include review and commentary on relevant case materials, rebuttal reports, assistance with testimony preparation, and other consultation requests. In addition, we are regularly asked to provide testimony both in deposition and at trial in cases which we have conducted a psychological evaluation or submitted other reports to the courts.
